The terms on which we provide the service, written to be read.

BizCraft.it (VAT 04449710716) provides business management software as a service, together with configuration, data migration, training and maintenance. These terms govern the use of that service.
The free plan has no expiry date and requires no payment details. Paid plans are activated on request and are invoiced in advance according to the billing period chosen. The prices shown on the site exclude VAT.
There is no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect from the end of the period already invoiced; periods under way are not refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The data and documents you enter into the system remain your property. You may obtain a copy in readable formats at any time and at no exit cost. When the relationship ends the data stays available for an agreed period, after which it is deleted.
We undertake to keep the service available and to apply tested backups. Planned maintenance is notified in advance. Any guaranteed service levels are set out in the individual contract, where one provides for them.
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, to evade tax obligations, to monitor people beyond what the work itself requires, or in breach of the rights of others. Where this is breached, the service may be suspended.
The software supports the running of a business but does not replace professional judgement: keeping the statutory accounts, meeting tax obligations and forming legal assessments remain with you and your advisers. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event.
Material changes to these terms are notified with reasonable notice and entitle you to withdraw at no cost before they take effect.
Italian law applies to the relationship. The competent court is stated in the individual contract.
