A pound runs on dates and paperwork: when the vehicle came in, on which report, who brought it, how much storage it earns a day, when it can be released and under which order. While there are twenty vehicles on the yard the paper register copes perfectly well. At three hundred, rebuilding a single case file is half a day's work — and every day of delay is storage you are not invoicing.

Open the case file as the vehicle arrives, with vehicle, order and issuing authority already linked
Know, for every vehicle, what kind of custody it is, who ordered it and when the clock started running
Work out the storage accrued on each file, at the rate card you actually charge
Produce the release document already filled in with the details of the case
Always know where each vehicle is: in, moved, out, with the date and who moved it
Find photographs and documents inside the case file, rather than in a network folder only one person can navigate
Prepare storage quotes and invoices without copying the amounts across
Find a case by registration number, by file number, by authority or by date

No salesman lists what his product cannot do. We do, because it is the quickest way to show you that the rest is true.

Outside the scope

It is not garage software: it follows custody and movements, not repairs and parts.
It does not talk directly to the systems of the judicial authorities: it produces the documents, sending them stays your procedure.
It does not decide the legal deadlines for you: it holds them, shows them and reminds you of them, but the legal judgement stays with the people qualified to make it.
It does not keep the general ledger: it issues storage quotes and invoices, the books stay with your accountant.

We bring in the register you keep today, closed cases included: without the history the storage figures do not add up.
We set up your real rate card and the custody categories you genuinely use, not the ones out of a textbook.
What we need from you: the register you use now in whatever form it takes, the rate card, and one person who knows the habits of the yard.
