2. What data we collect
If you write to us from the site
- Your name, your company, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
- The content of the message you send us.
If you are only browsing
- Technical data logged by the server (IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type), needed to run the site and to keep it secure.
If you are a customer
- The data needed to provide the service and to invoice it, along with the data you enter into the system yourself. On that content we act as data processor: the controller is you.
3. Why we process it
- To reply to you: the legal basis is the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request.
- To provide the service and invoice it: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
- To keep the site secure: legitimate interest in protecting the infrastructure.
We do not use your data for advertising profiling, we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
4. Where it sits and who has access
The data is held on servers located in the European Union. Access is limited to the technical staff strictly required, for support and maintenance, and every access is logged. Some infrastructure suppliers may act as data processors, under a contract pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact requests that do not lead to a working relationship: up to 24 months.
- Contract and invoicing data: for as long as civil and tax obligations require.
- Technical logs: a limited period, set according to security needs.
6. Your rights
You may at any time ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@bizcraft.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes are notified to active customers.
