Before writing management systems we used them: orders, shipments, stock, offices passing the same figures around three times over. BizCraft.it comes out of that.
It begins in industrial packaging and European logistics: customer accounts in Germany and in Italy, purchasing, shipping. A trade where a wrong figure is not an annoyance, it is a lorry standing still. Twenty years spent on the other side of the desk from the people selling the software.
Plenty of systems came and went in those years, and every time it went the same way: a few months in, the office was back on its own spreadsheets, kept quietly to one side. The program demanded a way of working that looked nothing like the real one, and the spreadsheet stayed the only place where the work went in as it actually was. The system got told what the system wanted to hear; the spreadsheet got what really happened.
Then came the digital side: systems to stand up, purchasing, training, and finally artificial intelligence put to work on the everyday job. BizCraft started in 2023; in 2024 the first systems went live with real customers. They have not stopped since: we maintain them ourselves, and when something does not add up we hear it on the phone from the person using it.
What we offer today is exactly what was missing then: somebody who looks at how you really work before settling what you ought to buy.
Industrial packaging and European logistics. Twenty years inside companies, not in front of a slide deck.
German customer accounts, purchasing and shipping. Export teaches you to look at the process before the program.
Systems to stand up, purchasing and training inside the company. Technology goes in where there is a job to put right.
The GLEEM platform takes shape: twenty years of trade turned into software.
The systems move from code to real customers. Three industries, one platform, maintained without a break.
The skill in running a company is not knowing how every tool works. It is knowing which tools you do not need. Our trade, in one line
Two projects of our own, outside the range of management systems. Status as it stands, without the polish.

An in-house project at working-prototype stage. It is not for sale and we are not promising dates: when it is ready we will say so here.
Forty-five minutes in which we listen to how you work and tell you what we see.
