The Free plan is not a timed trial. When the company grows, the plan grows with it — and nothing switches off under your hands.
To find out whether it suits you, with no end date
For the sole trader, up to 3 people
For firms invoicing every day, up to 10 people
Several sites, high volumes, dedicated infrastructure
Specific needs, several sites, separate environments or tailor-made services? Let's talk →
Prices exclude VAT. Billed annually, you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — 2 months free — in a single payment. No card needed to start, no minimum term.
Two complete verticals with the Gleem ERP inside: one contract, one system. Activation here is not self-service — you request it from the product page and we reply within 24 working hours.
Case files, custody, registers and authorities. The register that does not go missing and knows how to do the sums.
The job sheet from the phone on site, the history of every installation, service dates and GSE data collection.
The monthly/annual toggle above applies to Pit and Thermo too: a year is always 10 months. Online checkout stays for the ERP; Pit and Thermo are activated on request.
The subscription covers the software. Review, setup, migration and training are people's work, and they are paid for separately: they are the difference between a system that is switched on and a system that runs.
We come into the company, follow the real flow and hand you a document: where the time goes, where the data disappears, what is worth changing and in what order. The document is yours, and it holds good even if you then have somebody else build the software.
We configure Gleem around your company: modules, records, document templates, users and permissions. Working in about a week, without having to assemble it yourself.
How many years you want back is your call, but the price does not hang on that alone: it depends on how much data there is and what state it is in. A tidy ten-year archive costs less than three years kept badly. Which is why the exact figure comes out of the operational review, not off a price list.
We train the people who will genuinely use Gleem, on the documents they work with every day. The figure depends on how many of them there are and how many modules they touch.
Limits before modules: the limits are what make you move up.

No. It is not a trial that stops after thirty days: it stays free. When you reach the limits — 1 user, 50 contact records, 10 quotes a month — you decide whether to move up, and what is already in there stays where it is.
It is yours and you take it away whenever you like, in formats another program can read. You choose a system because staying pays, not because leaving is difficult.
No. An email address is enough. No card, no minimum term.
No. If you can manage on your own, take the plan you need and configure it yourself. Setup is for people who want to be working in about a week without starting from scratch, and migration is for people with twenty years of history to bring across.
Tell us how many of you there are, how many invoices you raise and what you use now. We will tell you where to start — even when the answer is ‘the free plan is enough for the moment’.
